By Order served March 26, 2024, the Court directed respondent to file either an appropriate jurisdictional motion with respect to so much of this case relating to petitioners' 2023 tax year or a written report concerning the then-current status of this case. On April 2, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Year 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 23, 2024, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
