This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.

On January 4, 2024, the parties filed with the Court four documents: (1) Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 9; (2) Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 10; (3) Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 11; and (4) Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 12. It appears that both sets of documents are identical in substance, and were filed twice in error.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 11, filed with the Court on January 4, 2024, is stricken and shall not be made viewable as part of the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 12, filed with the Court on January 4, 2024, is stricken and shall not be made viewable as part of the record in this case.
