This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on May 15, 2023, in San Diego, California.

On March 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment with attached Declaration in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. In respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, respondent asserts that there remains no genuine issue of material fact for trial and therefore, this case can be decided in respondent's favor.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 17, 2023, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
