Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, filed July 6, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
