This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 13, 2021. On December 22, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Submit Under Tax Court Rule 122, and this case was submitted fully stipulated. On February 22, 2022, the Court granted the parties' motion, and this case was submitted under Tax Court Rule 122. The Court ordered respondent to file their Seriatim Opening Brief by April 22, 2022, and petitioner to file her Seriatim Reply Brief by June 10, 2022. On April 20, 2022, respondent filed their Opening Brief. Pursuant to an informal request by petitioner, it is
