DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 10, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this court dated July 8, 2016, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by October 7, 2016. By order on application of this court dated October 14, 2016, appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged to December 6, 2016. Appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to perfect.
