Dear Ms. White-Ahmed and Ms. Booker:
Default judgment in this wrongful death case was entered on September 25, 2019. On that date, in court, Plaintiff was directed to provide evidence in support of her alleged damages. Based on this testimony and the record in the case, the Court awards Ms. White-Ahmed the following damages:
D.I. 44.
D.I. 48. Defendant Booker was given notice of the Inquisition Hearing but did not appear.
The Court left the record open after the hearing to afford Ms. White-Ahmed time to submit additional evidence, but none was submitted.
