Dear Ms. White-Ahmed and Ms. Booker:

Based on this testimony and the record in the case, the Court awards Ms. White-Ahmed the following damages:

D.I. 44.

D.I. 48. Defendant Booker was given notice of the Inquisition Hearing but did not appear.

The Court left the record open after the hearing to afford Ms. White-Ahmed time to submit additional evidence, but none was submitted.
