On June 21, 2023, petitioners filed in this case a Motion to Lift Stay of Proceedings, requesting that the stay currently in place in this case and Docket No. 5755-19W (with which this case is consolidated) be lifted. To date, however, petitioners' just-described motion has not been properly filed in the case at Docket No. 5755-19W.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioners are advised that the Motion to Lift Stay of Proceedings must also be filed in the case at Docket No. 5755-19W.
