On November 15, 2022, at 6:36 p.m. petitioner filed a Redacted Response to Motion to Supplement the Administrative Record. Later on the same date at 7:00 p.m. respondent filed the same document. Upon review of the documents, the documents appear to be duplicates except for the redactions. (Docs. 279 & 293.)

On November 15, 2022, at 6:40 p.m. respondent filed a Redacted Motion for Summary Judgment. Later on the same date at 7:13 p.m. respondent filed the same document. Upon review of the documents, the documents appear to be duplicates except for the redactions. (Docs. 281 & 295).

On November 15, 2022, at 6:41 p.m. respondent filed a Redacted Unsworn Declaration of Felipe A. Castellanoz under Penalty of Perjury in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. Later on the same date at 7:17 p.m. respondent filed the same document. Upon review of the documents, the documents appear to be duplicates except for the redactions. (Docs. 282 & 296).

On November 15, 2022, at 6:42 p.m. respondent filed a Redacted Unsworn Declaration of Kyunghee Piraino under Penalty of Perjury in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment.
