On January 10, 2023, the Commissioner filed an unopposed motion for leave to file reply to response to motion for summary judgment and lodged his reply to response to motion for summary judgment. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for leave to file reply to response to motion for summary judgment is granted, and the Commissioner's reply to response to motion for summary judgment shall be filed as of the service date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to seal from public view the Commissioner's reply to response to motion for summary judgment, which shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by order of the Court.
