On June 28, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Permanently Seal, requesting that the Court, pursuant to Rule 345(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, permanently seal respondent's unredacted (1) Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record (Index #124), (2) Administrative Record (Index #126), (3) Privilege Log for the Administrative Record (Index #127), and (4) Commissioner's Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Entire Administrative Record (Index #125). Respondent represents therein that petitioner does not object to the granting of the Motion. The above-referenced documents have been temporarily sealed by the Court.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Permanently Seal, filed June 28, 2024, is granted in that respondent's unredacted (1) Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record (Index #124), (2) Administrative Record (Index #126), (3) Privilege Log for the Administrative Record (Index #127), and (4) Commissioner's Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Entire Administrative Record (Index #125) shall be sealed from public view. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced filings shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
