Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On October 3, 2022, respondent filed, at docket entry #105, a redacted supplement to his response to petitioner's motion to compel production of documents. That same day petitioner filed, at docket entry #107, a redacted supplement to his motion to compel. On October 4, 2022, the Court received, under slightly different captions, unredacted copies of the preceding documents and filed them at docket entries ##110 and 111.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's First Supplemental Memorandum in Support of Response to Petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, at docket entry #110, and petitioner's First Supplemental Memorandum of Law in Further Support of Petitioner's Motion to Compel, at docket entry #111, are sealed and not made part of the Court's public record in this case. The sealed documents shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court.
