WHISTLEBLOWER 19073-17W, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On January 11, 2022, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued its opinion in Li v. Commissioner, 22 F.4th 1014 (D.C. Cir. 2022). On January 19, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. On January 24, 2022, we directed the parties to file a response to our order expressing their views as to whether the D.C. ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before September 2, 2022, a status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
