WHISTLEBLOWER 16459-22W, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On March 23, 2023, the parties submitted a Stipulation Regarding Redacted Version of Joint Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 and attached a redacted version of the parties' unredacted joint Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 filed on December 13, 2022. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, the Stipulation Regarding Redacted Version of Joint Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 was placed in the record as a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed March 23, 2023, is recharacterized as a Stipulation Regarding Redacted Version of Joint Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the parties' redacted motion that is attached to the Stipulation Regarding Redacted Version of Joint Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 and record that document in the Court's record as of the date the corresponding stipulation was filed, as a separate docket entry, as a Redacted Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103.
