Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Vaughan, Kimball and Wheeler, JJ.


Judgment of Monroe County Court, insofar as it affirms an award of damages entered upon a verdict of a jury in Rochester City Court, in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant Britton, as trustee, reversed on the law, and the second cause of action dismissed, upon the ground that the City Court of Rochester was without jurisdiction to entertain the action; judgment insofar as it awards damages in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant Britton individually, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (Appeal from a judgment of Monroe County Court affirming, with costs a judgment of Rochester City Court for plaintiff in an action to recover for legal services.)
