Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Dec 1, 1910
141 App. Div. 926 (N.Y. App. Div. 1910)

Opinion

December, 1910.

Present — Ingraham, P.J., Clarke, Scott, Miller and Dowling, JJ.

Without passing upon the question what should be granted as permanent alimony, we think the amount allowed as temporary alimony is excessive and that it should be reduced to $6,000 a year, and that the counsel fee should be reduced to $750. The order as so modified is affirmed, without costs.

Order modified as directed in opinion, and as modified affirmed, without costs.
