On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. The parties previously reported that they have reached a basis for settlement. On October 4, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 39) informing the Court that the parties would need additional time to review the tax computations for consistency with the parties' settlement. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 7, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
