ORDER

On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. The parties have reached a basis for settlement and have been working on preparing a stipulated decision document.

On February 11, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 50) informing the Court that revised computations need to be requested because of concerns with the proposed decision document that had not been raised previously. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 16, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
