On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On June 21, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 35) requesting additional time to allow the parties to settle outstanding Schedule F items, request tax computations, and prepare decision documents. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
