This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 6, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On May 9, 2022, respondent filed a status report. On June 2, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating therein that all issues in this case are resolved and that the parties are awaiting a revised signed proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's June 6, 2022, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
