ORDER


This matter having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion to Extend the Time to Respond to Defendant's (1) Motion to Compel Discovery, (2) Motion to for Partial Summary Judgment, and the Court having carefully considered that Motion and Memorandum in support thereof, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Extend the Time to Respond to Defendant's motions is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in said Memorandum. Plaintiff is hereby given until May 6, 2003 to file a response to a response to Defendant's motion to compel, and is given until May 21, 2003 to file a response to Defendant's motion for partial summary judgment.
