Order, in so far as appealed from, opening default, restoring case to foot of general calendar and directing that it shall not be preferred under rule 10 of the calendar rules of the court, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
