The judgment is reversed, the order denying the plaintiff's motion to amend is vacated and the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board shall be added as a party defendant. The case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings limited to the matter contained in Paragraph 10 of the plaintiff's complaint and for the entry of a new judgment under Mass.R.Civ.P. 54(b) dismissing all of the plaintiff's other claims as to both defendants.
