Pursuant to Code Sec. 17-116.010 this opinion is not designated for publication.
Page Anderson Wetterberg (wife) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Prince William County that dismissed her petition asking that her former husband, Larry Alan Manning (husband), be held in contempt. Wife's claim was based upon husband's failure to make the payments to her contained in a property settlement agreement entered into during the pendency of the parties' divorce proceeding. Pursuant to the testimony of the parties at the contempt hearing, the trial court found that it was the intent of the parties that payments were for spousal support, and that husband's obligation to make them was terminated upon wife's remarriage. The parties are familiar with the facts and pleadings, and they need not be repeated here.
We have reviewed the briefs, arguments, transcript, and exhibits filed in this cause and find that the reasons stated and findings made by the trial court, as expressed in its order, are supported by the record.
Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Affirmed.
