ORDER
The clerk's record was filed August 27, 2015. Our review has determined that relevant items have been omitted from the record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). Accordingly, the Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before July 8, 2016, containing:
1. Any ruling granting, in whole or in part, a motion for summary judgment;
2. The judgment signed on or about September 8, 2015;
3. Any request for a reporter's record, as per Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(a)(9);
4. Any request for preparation of the clerk's record, as per Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(a)(10);
5. All exhibits to Landmark American Insurance Co.'s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Regarding Mortgageholder's Limited Coverage Under the Policy, filed February 12, 2014; and
6. All exhibits to Plaintiff's Response to Landmark's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Addressing Mortgagee Coverages Under the Landmark Policy and Texas Law, filed February 28, 2014.
If a requested item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the item is not a part of the case file.
