MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated September 14, 2010, the Court notified appellants that the Dallas County Clerk informed us appellants have not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellants to provide the Court, within ten days, with verification either that they have paid for the record or they are entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We warned that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellants have not provided payment verification, nor have they otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
