Order [granting plaintiff alimony pendente lite and counsel fee] unanimously modified so as to provide for payment of counsel fee in the sum of $1,000 and to provide for payment of alimony at the rate of $60 per week effective as of the return date of the plaintiff's motion, less credit for payments made pursuant to the order appealed from. On this record the payments now directed to be made are justified. Settle order on notice. Order [denying plaintiff's application for counsel fee to appeal from above order] unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Order [granting defendant's motion for examination of plaintiff before trial] unanimously affirmed. Settle order on notice fixing date for examination subsequent to date of payment of counsel fee as provided for in order disposing of first above appeal in this action, decided herewith.
