FIXTURES, § 12removal of trade fixtures by tenant. As between landlord and tenant, removable trade fixtures may include all erections made for the purpose of the trade during the tenancy which he may have attached to the freehold while in possession, and the rule is liberal in favor of the tenant.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Du Page county; Hon. WIN G. KNOCH, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at May term, 1942.
