MEMORANDUM OPINION


By notice dated March 1, 2004, appellants were instructed to remit the required $125 filing fee due for this appeal. Appellants were informed that failure to remit the fee, within ten days, would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice from the Court. Appellants have failed to remit the fee.

Also, by letter dated March 2, 2004, appellants were instructed to amend the notice of appeal with a certificate of service in compliance with appellate rule 9.5(e). Additionally, the Court instructed appellants to file a response regarding the apparent untimeliness of this appeal. Appellants were informed that failure to respond with the requested documents, within ten days, would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice from the Court. Appellants have failed to respond in any manner. On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of jurisdiction and want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(a), (b), (c).
