Appeal, No. 319, Jan. T., 1966, from order of Court of Common Pleas No. 7 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1965, No. 7250, in case of The Westchester National Bank of Dade County v. Gordon Miller, also known as Gordon S. Miller. Order affirmed.

Assumpsit.

Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings denied, and plaintiff's rule to show cause why the order should not be vacated and reargument granted refused, opinion by HAGAN, P. J. Plaintiff appealed.
