ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Jackson, Mississippi, May 1, 2023, trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard. During calendar call, respondent notified the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached and that the petitioner's address has changed. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before June 30, 2023, the parties shall file proposed stipulated decision documents. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to change petitioner Christina Loraine West's address as provided in respondent's April 6, 2023, status report and serve a copy of this order to the petitioner's new address.
