Upon due consideration of the record in the above-docketed matter and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Motion To Calendar filed July 26, 2022, by respondent herein, petitioner having no objection thereto, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2022, in Room 371, Hipolito F. Garcia Federal Building & Courthouse, 615 E. Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas 78206. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order for the October 17, 2021, San Antonio, Texas, trial session to this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the previous Motion To Calendar filed December 17, 2021, by petitioner is denied as moot.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
