ORDER

On November 8, 2021, and December 29, 2021, petitioner filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a series of documents, the majority of which were incorrectly designated, duplicative, and/or procedurally improper. Accordingly, in an effort to clarify the record herein, it is

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, filed as such on November 8, 2021, is granted, and the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case is waived. It is further

ORDERED that the document filed December 29, 2021, as a Motion for a New Trial shall be recharacterized as a First Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that the documents filed November 8, 2021, as a Brief in Support of Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and filed December 29, 2021, as a Motion for Audio of Trial Proceeding(s), are hereby both deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
