On June 28, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion for Entry of Decision and a First Supplement thereto. On July 8, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, resolving the dispute over the underlying tax liability in this case.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion, as supplemented, is granted in that the Court will enter a stipulated decision in this case in due course.
