ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge

On August 30, 2022, petitioner Tammy L. Wesson filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, informing the Court that she filed a bankruptcy petition after filing the Petition in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before March 27, 2023, file a joint report regarding the then-present status of the related bankruptcy proceedings.
