On October 17, 2023, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, directing petitioners to show cause in writing, on or before November 8, 2023, why respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, as supplemented, should not be granted. On October 23, 2023, petitioner David W. Wessels filed a document titled Declaration of David Wessels in Support of Motion for Entry of Decision. No response has yet been received from petitioner Kate B. Wessels.

Upon due consideration of the above, it is

ORDERED that petitioner David W. Wessels' Declaration of David Wessels in Support of Motion for Entry of Decision is recharacterized as a Response of David W. Wessels to Court's Order to Show Cause.

Petitioner Kate B. Wessels is reminded that her Response to the Court's Order to Show Cause is due on or before November 8, 2023.
