CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

On July 12, 2022, after appellant informed the Court that the parties were "working together regarding scheduling appellate mediation," we extended the time for the filing of appellant's brief and ordered appellant to file its brief, a motion to dismiss the appeal, or status report no later than August 10, 2022. On August 10, appellant filed a status report informing the Court that the parties are scheduled to mediate on September 6, 2022 and will continue informal settlement discussions until then. In light of the scheduled mediation, we again EXTEND the deadline for appellant's brief and ORDER appellant to file its brief, a motion to dismiss the appeal, or status report no later than September 20, 2022.
