OPHELIA DELOIS WESBY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court to commence at Detroit, Michigan on April 11, 2022. On March 23, 2022, the parties filed a combined Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 20). The Settlement Stipulation was improperly submitted as an attachment to the Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Court is therefore unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision. Realizing their mistake, the parties submitted a separate Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 21) and Proposed Stipulation (Doc. 22), same day, which the Court intends to enter in due course.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 20), filed March 23, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. 1
