On January 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and To Strike as to the Taxable Years 2012, 2015, and 2016. Respondent's motion further states that petitioner may object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and To Strike as to the Taxable Years 2012, 2015, and 2016. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion.
