Appeal from Benton District Court — M.C. FARBER, Judge.

In motor-vehicle-collision case trial court entered judgment for defendants notwithstanding the verdict because of inconsistency between answers to special interrogatories and general verdict. Plaintiff appeals. — Affirmed by Operation of Law.

John J. Shea and Nicholas E. Lillios, both of Cedar Rapids, for appellant.

John D. Randall, of Cedar Rapids, for appellees.


The court being evenly divided the case is Affirmed by Operation of Law.

For affirmance: JUSTICES THOMPSON, PETERSON, SNELL and STUART.
