Motion for stay during the pendency of the appeal granted under the terms imposed and the security required by the order of July 28, 1955. Motion by respondent, Amity Estates, Inc., to dismiss the appeal from the judgment granted unless the appeal is perfected, and the record and brief filed and served on or before October 25, 1955, and the appellant is ready for argument at the November Term of this court. Motion to dismiss the appeal from the order granted.
