Petition for certiorari granted. In view of decision in Jones v. Aciz, 109 R.I. 612, 289 A.2d 44, court quashes the District Court order of January 20, 1972 denying defendant's motion for leave to proceed with her appeal without prepayment of costs, fees and posting of bond and papers remanded to the District Court for a redetermination of defendant's motion for leave to proceed with her appeal without prepayment of costs, fees and posting of bond.
