LAUREL WENDT, Appellant v. EVALYN WENDT MOORE, AMILEE WENDT, AND JACKIE WENDTMARTIN, Appellees

On Appeal from the 268th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 18-DCV-254438

Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Bourliot and Hassan.

SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OPINION

Frances Bourliot Justice

On October 10, 2024, we suggested a remittitur of $147,392.36 in the amount of attorney's fees Laurel was ordered to pay appellees. See Tex. R. App. P. 46.3. We stated that if appellees timely filed the remittitur with the clerk of this court, we would render judgment modifying the trial court's judgment to reflect attorney's fees awarded to appellees in the amount of $104,418 and affirming the judgment as modified.

Appellees timely filed the remittitur. In accordance with the original memorandum opinion and appellee's timely filed remittitur, we vacate our judgment of October 10, 2024, and render judgment modifying the trial court's judgment to reflect the $147,392.36 remittitur in the amount of attorney's fees along with the other modifications to the judgment stated in our original opinion. We affirm the trial court's judgment as so modified. Tex.R.App.P. 43.2(b), 46.3.
