MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 8, 2007, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. On May 10, 2007, we notified appellants by letter that the $125 filing fee was due. We gave appellants ten days to pay the filing fee, and we warned appellants that if they failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. On May 22, 2007, appellants filed a letter requesting an extension of time to pay the filing fee. The docketing statement was filed on June 14, 2007. Nevertheless, to date, appellants have not paid the filing fee.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
