MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellants have not paid the required filing fee of $125. See Tex.R.App.P. 5. By notice dated January 27, 2004, appellants were informed that failure to remit the filing fee within ten days would result in the dismissal of this appeal, without further notice from the Court. Appellants have not remitted the filing fee.

By notice dated February 5, 2004, the Court informed appellants that the clerk's record has not been filed because the appellants have failed to pay or make payment arrangements for the clerk's record. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b). Appellants were instructed to provide written verification of their payment or payment arrangements for the clerk's record within ten days and were informed that failure to respond could result in the dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 42.3(b), (c).
