MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 8, 2006, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. On June 15, 2006, we notified appellants by letter that the $125 filing fee was due. We gave appellants ten days to pay the filing fee, and we warned appellants that if they failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. Nevertheless, appellants have not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P. (B)(1)(a).
