On September 3, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Redacted Answer (motion) and lodged a Redacted Answer with the Court. In the motion respondent informed the Court that respondent's Answer and its attachment contain inadvertent disclosures of identifying information. Respondent accordingly moved the Court, pursuant to Rule 27(h), for leave to substitute respondent's Answer with a properly redacted duplicate filing. Petitioners' views on the granting of the motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Redacted Answer is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Redacted Answer, lodged 9/03/2024, as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Answer (Index #6), filed March 22, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
