ORDER

Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice.

The clerk's record was due on July 15, 2024. On July 17, 2024, the district clerk filed a notification of late record seeking "additional time to notify the attorney of the filing fee and for the record to be filed." On July 23, 2024, appellant filed a docketing statement representing that payment arrangements with the district clerk had been made. It is ORDERED that the district clerk file the clerk's record on or before August 9, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c) ("Each extension must not exceed 30 days in an ordinary or restricted appeal, or 10 days in an accelerated appeal.").

Additionally, the reporter's record was due on July 15, 2024. To date, the court reporter has not filed a notification of late record or the record. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the court reporter must file the reporter's record or a notification of late record by August 8, 2024.
