ORDER
This matter was scheduled on the Court's session calendar for argument on February 14, 2024. At the time for hearing, the Court notified the parties that Judge Christopher P. Yates was not able to be in attendance in the courtroom to hear the case, but would participate by reviewing the video recording of the argument. Defendant-appellant advised the Court of her preference for adjourning argument to a later date when the matter could be heard with a panel of three judges present. Therefore, in accordance with defendant-appellant's request, on the Court's own motion this matter is ADJOURNED from the Court's February session calendar. The Clerk's office is directed to place the matter on the next available case call.
