DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 2, 2019, and August 12, 2019, respectively. The appeal from the order dated April 2, 2019, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2021, is amended by adding to the first paragraph thereof, following the first sentence, the following sentence: "The appeal from the order dated April 2, 2019, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a)."; and it is further, ORDERED that the appeals are severed.
